The result is a cop teleporting out of nowhere or zooming from off-screen through your own vehicle to tear you out of your seat and bust you before you even have time to react. Explanation In a glitch that speedrunners have found to be a run-ending bane of their existence (it happens on III as well), the 'ultra cop' refers to the infamous habit of the game determining that you're in hijack and arrest range of a police officer regardless of the distance from them.
